Browser upload ships with the storage upgrade. Until then, pick a file and a tier, and you get the exact toolkit command — it uploads in one step, resumes if interrupted, and verifies the result.
1Connect a wallet (optional)
The toolkit signs with a keypair on your own machine — the browser never signs anything today. Connecting here is optional and only shows which address you’ll author from.
2Choose a file
Nothing is uploaded to any server from this page. The file stays on your machine; we only read its name, size and type locally to price it.
3Choose a tier
Permanent keeps bytes in account state every validator holds. Ledger keeps them in transaction history for a fraction of the cost.

Requires the toolkit and Node.js 20+. Replace ~/.config/solana/id.json with your keypair path. --yes is required to spend lamports.
The permanent tier isn’t uploadable yet.
Archive accounts are built and byte-verified locally, but the on-chain create_archive_account path isn’t deployed. Uploading to account state ships with the storage upgrade — the cost above is what it will cost, not something you can spend today.
